Warranties and Policies

Warranty
All Mountain Instruments products have a one year warranty . Mount electronics have a one year warranty. Postage/shipping is not refundable. Products will be repaired at no charge to the customer, if normal use is determined (by Mountain Instruments only) to be the cause of the malfunction. If damage is due to other than normal use, or calibration seals are broken, then repairs will be charged accordingly.

Payment

VISA and MC credit cards are accepted.
All checks must be made payable to Mountain Instruments.
Your order will not ship until your check clears the bank.

Returns
You MUST call or write for a return/repair merchandise authorization . Products that are custom designed and built for the customer (not including production line products) are not returnable under any circumstances. Mounts are not returnable.

Order Cancellations 
Since  products are manufactured after the customer places the order, all orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 15% cancellation charge. There are no exceptions. Deposits will be returned ONLY after a deposit is received from a new customer (and less 15% of the deposit). Deposits may take up to 120 days to return.

Shipping
Charges for shipping your order include more than just carrier cost. It also includes packing time and packaging materials, documentation, order processing, and insurance. Orders are shipped via  UPS ground. Our scheduled delivery dates are only approximate. We do our best to ship on time however we do have to rely on outside sources. As such, delays can occur.

Canadian and Foreign Orders are Welcome
